What an amazing Mercy Week at Catherine McAuley Westmead! Our Mercy Day celebrations were filled with fun, community, and most importantly, an opportunity to put our Mercy values into action.

This term, we have been fundraising for the Mercy Works Remote Laundries Project. We are proud to share that $8,447.90 was raised on Mercy Day, bringing our total fundraising for the term to an incredible $12,600!

From carnival games, creative dress-ups and face painting in Coolock Court, to delicious food stalls in Mercy Square, there was something for everyone – all while supporting a cause that will make a difference to those less fortunate.

A heartfelt thank you to our entire Catherine McAuley community for your generosity and support. And a special thank you to the Parents & Carers Group for helping serve lunch on Mercy Day and to our Year 11 Hospitality students for a beautiful morning tea.
